Bad breath is not a disease, but rather a symptom of an underlying problem. Causes of bad breath can be anything from decomposing food between the teeth, plaque buildup and the use of substances such as alcohol, cigarettes and coffee.
Strong foods such as garlic and onions for example also add to bad breath. Bad breath can be a sign of stomach problems, such as improper digestion, or improper elimination of toxins by the kidneys and liver.
For a better smelling breath, chew herbs like parsley, thyme, mint or a cinnamon stick.
For a mouthwash add 1 drop Myrrh oil to a cup of cooled , boiled water.
