Hay fever is an allergy. Allergic reactions occur quite spontaneously, and can affect any part of the body. The most common allergies are asthma attacks, hay fever, skin problems and rashes such as hives and eczema.
Food allergies are usually undetected, however bloating, indigestion and diarrhea can be symptoms of allergic reactions to food. Allergies are in actual fact an over-reaction on behalf of the immune system to a usually harmless substance in the environment. These items can be anything from dust, pollen, animal hair, milk, eggs, wheat, corn, penicillin, aspirin, cosmetics, cleaning agents and some metals found in costume jewelry.
Drink tisanes (herbal teas / infusions) made from Pine needles, Eucalyptus leaves or Rosehips.
Put a few drops of Eucalyptus, Niaouli or Tea Tree oil on a handkerchief and use it when an attack occurs.
Boil some Eucalyptus leaves in water and spray this liquid throughout the house, especially the bedroom before you go to sleep, or make a room spray using Eucalyptus oil.
